A sound bath is a relaxing practice that involves lying down and listening to soothing, echoing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs and more. It helps with stress, anxiety, depression, pain and more. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and water. I recommend wearing comfortable clothes. This sound bath will take place near the new moon which is very powerful.

The New Moon in September 2024 offers a unique spiritual significance, presenting an ideal time for self-reflection, setting intentions, and embracing new beginnings. It is effective 2 days before and 2 days after, therefore we are doing it Saturday night.

We will not only be doing an hour and a half sound bath. Each client will be receiving a 10 min neck/shoulder massage. Scalp is optional. Also everyone will be receiving 5 minute hands on reiki.

Tickets are non-refundable, if you need to cancel feel free to bless someone else with your ticket. Unfortunately, it gets hard to manage who has credits, so this just makes it easy.
