Terms of Service

My services are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. I do not claim to be a therapist, doctor or a lawyer. I do not take responsibility for how a client acts upon any guidance given during a reading. If you need medical help or care, I suggest seeing a medical professional.

Cancellations Policy

I do not accept cancellations. If you cancel, I do not refund. There are no refunds given for any appointment. If you need to reschedule, that’s absolutely fine. I ask that you reschedule within 48 hours prior to your appointment.

The Day of your appointment

You will receive a text the day of your appointment asking if you’d like it in person or virtual depending on the service you chose. If you are more then 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Alyissa Cancelling your appointment

Alyissa never cancels! She will reschedule if she or her kids become ill. Alyissa will go to work on her sickest days to help someone so if she reschedules, you will know she’s very ill. You will not have to wait long again for another appointment. She would come in on her off day when she would be feeling better.
