My other passion in my life is dance. I am a dance instructor at The Body Shop in Dighton, Ma. Dance is such an amazing way of healing and truly becoming confident in yourself. I’ve been dancing since I was a little girl until I had kids at Lisa Miranda’s Dance Studio 1. There were always competitions and so much traveling and getting instructors from all over the world. After my children, I started dancing again on TikTok for fun. I felt my passion for dance coming back into my life. I stumbled upon Vivant in October 2024 and started getting taught from different instructors which reminded me of my childhood. I told myself that if I work hard again at dance, a door will open for me, and it did. I now teach at The Body Shop. I love bringing my own style into these classes as well as what I’ve been taught. You do not have to be good at dance to dance. It’s an amazing way of healing and expression. The more you do it, you will surprise yourself. These classes will of course have a little bit of healing workshop for 5-10 minutes involved in the beginning and sometimes the end. These classes are for adult woman only.
