Alyissa is not just a psychic medium who has been experiencing signs since she was a baby. She is a strong single mom of two amazing kids who chooses to help people heal every single day. This is not just her full-time job; this is her lively hood and will never take it for granted. Alyissa tried ignoring it for years but when her great grandmother passed away, her daughter started experiencing things Alyissa always did. It brought back a lot of emotions and memories for her and from there, Alyissa started accepting who she was. She realized this is something that will always be a part of her and future generations to come. Alyissa has a storefront located in Pawtucket RI. It used to be called Harmony & Rosa which was in honor of her great grandmother Rosa. Today, it’s just known as Psychic Medium Alyissa. Alyissa is not only someone who can talk to the dead. She is a tarot reader, sound healer and Reiki Master/Teacher. Alyissa has been on the news, a billboard and has worked with many people throughout the years.
